Querellante: CIUDADANO ANGEL IGNACIO GUILLÉN PULIDO.- Demandado: CIUDADANO MELQUIADES ENRIQUE GUILLÉN PULIDO.- Motivo : INTERDICTO RESTITUTORIO y no habiéndose presentado el ejecutante, ni por si, ni por medio de apoderado en el recinto del Tribunal a facilitar el traslado del mismo y así dar cumplimiento a la comisión encomendada; se declara desierto el acto.
