JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA. El Vigía, veintiocho de Julio de dos mil diez. 200° y 151° Por cuanto los ciudadanos JHONNY MARCIEL ZAMBRANO MOLINA y NAIDU MERGLE CONTRERAS CEBALLOS, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº 16.307.068 y 17.793.559, no comparecieron en la oportunidad señalada para manifestar su voluntad como lo establece el Artículo 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
