En el día de hoy, jueves 25/09/2014, presentes los ciudadanos ALFONSO PEDAUGA SANCHEZ y LINA MINERVA MORALES GUERRERO, acordaron el desistimiento de la presente causa, a los fines de celebrar un divorcio de mutuo acuerdo. En consecuencia, este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE MEDIACIÓN Y SUSTANCIACIÓN DE PROTECCIÓN DE NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, resuelve: Homologar el acuerdo total celebrado entre los ciudadanos ALFONSO PEDAUGA SANCHEZ y LINA MINERVA MORALES GUERRERO y DECLARA el DESISTIMIENTO del presente procedimiento y terminado el proceso de conformidad a lo establecido en el articulo 263 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
