Mérida, 23 de septiembre del año 2024. 214º y 165º Vista las pruebas promovidas, por los abogados en ejercicios RUBEN DARIO SULBARAN RAMIREZ inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº. 39.064, apoderado judicial de los ciudadanos JESUS FERNANDEZ, MARY FERNANDEZ Y HENRY FERNANDEZ, quienes son parte demandante en la presente causa, mediante escrito de fecha siete (07) de Agosto del año dos mil veinticuatro (2024), obrante a los folios 120 y 121 del presente expediente. En cuanto a las pruebas, DOCUMENTALES: PRIMERA, SEGUNDA, TERCERA, CUARTA, QUINTA, se ADMITEN las mismas cuanto ha lugar en derecho, por considerarlas que son legales y pertinentes, salvo su apreciación en la definitiva.
