PARTE DISPOSITIVA En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO POR MUTUO ACUERDO formulada conforme a la Sentencia vinculante N° 1070 dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en fecha 9 de diciembre de 2016 y en consecuencia disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: JOSE MIGUEL MENDEZ VALERO y CARMEN BEATRIZ RAMIREZ RINCONES, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cédula de Identidad Nros. V.- 17.130.114 y V- 6.349.878, Notifíquese y remítase la represente decisión a las partes. CUMPLASE. -PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE DADO, FIRMADO Y SELLADO EN LA SALA DE DESPACHO DEL TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUT.....
