DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil, en concordancia con la Sentencia Vinculante Nº 1070, dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en fecha 09/12/2.016, la solicitud de Divorcio Por Mutuo Consentimiento formulada y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: LEONIDAS SOSA y DORIS TORRES PÉREZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros.
