L A D I S P O S I T I V A Por las razones anteriormente expuestas; este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA CONVERSION EN DIVORCIO DE LA SEPARACION DE CUERPOS, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil Vigente, la solicitud formulada y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: SERRADA DURAN ANDREINA NINOSKA Y GUILLEN SALCEDO JESUS NOEL, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº 15.381.730 y Nº 17.456.394 respectivamente, con domicilio la primera en Santiago República de Chile .....
