DISPOSITIVA Este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil vigente en concordancia con la Jurisprudencia Vinculante dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: OMAIRA MÁRQUEZ PARRA y VICENTE PABLO MORA MAGGIORANY, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros V.-9.051.170 y V.- 5.205.568 respectivamente domiciliados la primera en el Sector El Moral, Parroquia Matriz del Municipio Campo Elías; el segundo en la Urbanización J.J.
