PARTE DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil vigente en concordancia con la Jurisprudencia Vinculante dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, con Ponencia de la Magistrada Carmen Zuleta Merchán, de fecha 02-06-2015, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: MARYURI ZOLALLER GUERRERO QUINTERO Y JORGE ALEXANDER RIVERA MENDOZA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros V.-17.130.573 y V.- 14.268.103 respectivamente y civilmente hábiles, según Acta de Matrimonio expedid.....
