DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, El Divorcio por Separación de Hechos, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos HECTOR ARMANDO RIVAS y MARCOLINA PEREZ DE RIVAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, domiciliados en Mérida, Estado Mérida, cónyuges y civilmente hábiles, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nos. 3.767.345 y 2.146.373 respectivamente, según matrimonio celebrado por ante el Registro Civil de la Parroquia Arias, Municipio Libertador del Estado Mérida, correspondiente al veinticinco de mayo del año 1.979, folios 168 y 169, signada con el N° 70, que corre al folio siete (7) y su vuelto.
