este Tribunal PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, con sede en SANTA CRUZ DE MORA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano, la Solicitud de Divorcio formulada, y en consecuencia declara disuelto el vínculo Matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: BARONIO ROA ARENALES Y CRISTINA CHACON CHACÓN, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las Cedulas de Identidad Nros V-25.720.479 y V-12.220.936, respectivamente, que los unía según Acta de Matrimonio N° 37, a los folios 054-055 del año 2000, expedida por la Prefectura Civil de la Parroquia Rómulo Betancourt del Municipio Alberto Adriani del Estado Mérida, la cual obra al folio Cuatro (4) de las presentes actuaciones, y debidamente asistido.....
