PARTE DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil vigente, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: ARAIDA COROMOTO ALBURGUE JAIMES y ROBERTO ANTONIO LAGO BARRETO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. V- 10.712.073 y V- 10.751.870 respectivamente, según Acta de Matrimonio expedida por el Registro Civil de la Parroquia Lasso de La Vega, Municipio Libertador del Estado Mérida, signada con el Nº 63, del libro de Registro Civil de Matrimonio llevados por ese Despacho, correspondiente al año dos mil seis (2......
