DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil vigente en concordancia con la Sentencia con Carácter Vinculante Nº 1070, dictada por el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en su Sala Constitucional, en fecha 09/12/2.016, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos:ANA VIOLETA SANTANDER MÁRQUEZ y GELSI ANTONIO RUIZ AGUILAR, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titular de las cédula de identidad Nº V.- 8.038.609 y V.- 4.486.485 respectivamente, domiciliadosla primera en la Urbanización Don Valentín, Sector Manzano Bajo, Casa Nº 50; el se.....
