DE LA DISPOSITIVA En atención a las consideraciones que anteceden este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de INSERCIÓN EN ACTA DE DEFUNCIÓN, incoada por la Ciudadana: GISELA COROMOTO MOLINA LA CRUZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, casada, titular de la cédula de Identidad Nº V- 8.002.027, domiciliada en la Ciudad de Mérida, Municipio Libertador del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida, asistida por el Abogado JOSÉ LUIS HERNÁNDEZ FONSECA, venezolano, mayor de edad, soltero, titular de la cédula de Identidad Nº V- 9.478.914, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 70.803, y jurídicamente hábil.
