DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil vigente en concordancia con la Sentencia vinculante, dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en el Expediente Nº 446, de fecha 14-05-2014, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: JOSEFINA PÉREZ y OSCAR ALIRIO SALAS ANGULO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V- 8.015.349 y V- 5.618.842, en su orden, y civilmente hábiles, según Acta de Matrimonio expedida por el Registro Civil del Municipio Libertador del Estado Boliva.....
