DISPOSITIVA.- Con fundamento a las consideraciones de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expresadas, y en base al criterio jurisprudencial este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: ÚNICO: La INCOMPETENCIA de este órgano jurisdiccional a razón del Territorio, por lo cual se declina la competencia a uno de los TRIBUNALES DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DEL MUNICIPIO SUCRE DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA. En tal sentido, remítase la presente solicitud con oficio al Tribunal Distribuidor de Municipio Ordinario y Ejecutor de Medidas del Municipio Sucre de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Bolivariano de Mérida.
