DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este JUZGADO DEL MUNICIPIO SUCRE DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos JESUS EDMUNDO OSUNA DAVILA Y MARIA ARISTOBULA DAVILA DE OSUNA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, comerciantes, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-5.204.617 y V-9.102.273, domiciliados en el Sector San Benito Parroquia Lagunillas Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida, respectivamente en su orden y civilmente hábiles Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese al Registro Civil de La Parroquia Lagunillas Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida y a la Oficina Principal del Regi.....
