DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO SUCRE DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185, del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos: FLOR YASMIN PEÑA DAVILA Y JHONNY ORLANDO RODRIGUEZ GUILLEN, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nos. V.- 10.710.320 y V.-11.461.912, domiciliados en la Jurisdicción de San Juan, Municipio Sucre del estado Bolivariano de Mérida y civilmente hábiles Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese a la Unidad de Registro Civil de la Parroquia San Juan Municipio Sucre del estado Bolivariano de Mérida y al Registro.....
