En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud de DIVORCIO DE MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO. Formulada de conformidad con 185 del Código Civil, en concordancia con la Sentencia N°693 de fecha 2 de junio del año 2015 dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos: GERMAN GUTIERREZ GUTIERREZ , venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de las Cédula de Identidad número V- 6.399.302 e IBONE DEL CARMEN PEÑA DE GUTIERREZ , venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de las Cédula de Identidad número V- 8.770.888.- CUMPLASE.- PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE.
