En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con el Artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente y en consecuencia disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos MARIA FLORINDA ZAMBRANO DE ALARCÓN, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-8.710.461 y CARLOS ENRIQUE ALARCON NIÑO, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-11.912.598. PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE.
