Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO SUCRE DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, EL DIVORCIO POR MUTUO ACUERDO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos NENESI ANABELIS UZCATEGUI AVENDAÑO Y JUAN CARLOS VERA PEÑA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V.-15.295.704 y V-15.621.595, respectivamente domiciliados en la Parroquia Lagunillas del Municipio Sucre del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida y civilmente hábiles. Y ASÍ SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud del tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese al Registro Civil de la Parroquia Lagunillas, Municipio Sucre del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida y Registro.....
