PARTE DISPOSITIVA Este JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El Divorcio, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Vigente.
