PARTE DISPOSITIVA En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud de DIVORCIO DE MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO POR DESAFECTO. Formulada de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil, en concordancia con la Sentencia N° 1.070 de fecha 9 de diciembre de 2016 dictada y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos: ELIZABETH CEBALLOS PEREZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad número V- 9.474.779 y NESTOR ABAD SULBARAN QUINTERO, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad número V- 5.202.559.
