Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil venezolano vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos: MARIA ANDREA MENDEZ SERRANO y ANGEL MARIA LOPEZ ROJAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V- 8.028.489 y V-2.456.988, respectivamente, domiciliados en la ciudad de Mérida del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida, y civilmente hábiles.
