Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO SUCRE DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA CON SEDE EN LA CIUDAD DE LAGUNILLAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO,fundamentadaen la Sentencia N° 1070, de fecha 09 de Diciembre de 2016, de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, que instituyo el desafecto como causal de divorcio y en la Sentencia N° 136 del 30 de Marzo de 2017 de la Sala de Casación Civil del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos: MAYRA JOSEFINA SANTIAGO ARAUJO y ORLANDO RAFAEL GARCIA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros.
