DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil vigente, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: IRVIN VICENTE DÍAZ AGRAZ y AURA MANELY FLORES TORRES, venezolanos, mayores de edad, Nutricionistas, titulares de las cédulas de identidad N° V- 6.162.392 y V-10.710.706 respectivamente, el primero domiciliado en las Residencias Domingo Salazar, Tercer Puente, Bloque Uno (01), Apartamento N° 01-02, Parroquia Spinetti Dini y la segunda en la Avenida 6, entre Calles 14 y 15, Casa N° 14-88, Parroquia Arias, ambos del Municipio Libertador d.....
