En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: PRIMERO: De conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil de Venezuela, declara CON LUGAR la solicitud de divorcio formulada por los ciudadanos HAIDEE MARIA BAYONA RINCON y ALVARO SEGUNDO DIAZ MARTINEZ, venezolanos mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de Identidad N°. V.-18.696.849 y V-16.466.617 respectivamente, por haber quedado demostrado en autos que los cónyuges han permanecido separados de hecho.
