DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil vigente; la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: SONIA MARYBEL GARCÉS RAMÍREZ y OSCAR JAVIER PEÑA PALOMO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nº V- 14.805.553 y V- 11.481.146, respectivamente, y civilmente hábiles, asistidos por el Abogado GUSTAVO ALFONSO ARAQUE ROJAS, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V- 4.700.487, e inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 34.335, de este domicilio y jurídicamente hábil, según Act.....
