POR LO ANTERIORMENTE EXPUESTO, ESTE TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS RIVAS DAVILA Y PADRE NOGUERA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA como: UNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS DE LA CAUSANTE: GLADYS JOSEFINA SALAS, quien fuera venezolana, mayor de edad, divorciada, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-3.719.080, de Sesenta y cinco (65) años de edad, falleció el día Trece (13) de Noviembre del año Dos Mil Catorce (2014), a sus LEGÍTIMOS HEREDEROS, específicamente en lo relacionado con el ORDEN DE SUCEDER, de conformidad con lo previsto en el Capítulo I, Sección III, Del Orden de Suceder, del Código Civil Venezolano, debido a que la causante deja Descendientes, los ciudadanos: LUIS FELIPE RUIZ SALAS, ANDRES EDUARDO RUIZ SALAS,, LUZ MARINA RUIZ SALAS, SOLIMAR DEL CARMEN RUIZ SALAS, GLAFEL GIOVANNI RUIZ SALAS, GRIS.....
