Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil venezolano vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos: LUIS EMIRO MARQUEZ FERNADEZ Y NORELY DEL CARMEN CHACON DE MARQUEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V- 10.901.722 y V-10.897.828, respectivamente, domiciliados en Santa Cruz de Mora, Jurisdicción del municipio Antonio Pinto Salinas del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida, y civilmente hábiles. Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese a la Unidad de Registro Civil de Santa Cruz de Mora, Jurisdicción.....
