PARTE DISPOSITIVA En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud de DIVORCIO POR DESAFECTO. Formulada de conformidad con artículo 185 del Código Civil, y en concordancia con la Sentencia N°693 de fecha 2 de junio del año 2015, dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia., y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos: LUZ MERIDA RORIGUEZ RAMIREZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad número. V-.19.145.922 y ELIBER JOSE RUIZ SOLANO, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad número v- 15.148.237. CUMPLASE.- PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE.
