Primero: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por el ciudadano SILVESTRE ANTONIO OCHOA LOPEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. 9.182.131, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil CONSTRUCCIONES EX S. A. (CONEX, S .A.) y solidariamente la SOCIEDAD MERCANTIL "ALSTOM HYDRO VENEZUELA S. Segundo: Se condena a las empresas Sociedad Mercantil CONSTRUCCIONES EX S. A. (CONEX, S .A.) y solidariamente la SOCIEDAD MERCANTIL "ALSTOM HYDRO VENEZUELA S, a pagar al ciudadano SILVESTRE ANTONIO OCHOA LOPEZ, la cantidad de CUARENTA MIL BOLIVARES EXACTOS (Bs. 40.000,00), por el concepto de Daño Moral. Tercero: No hay condenatoria en costas dada la naturaleza del fallo.
