L A D I S P O S I T I V A Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este Tribunal PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA CONVERSIÓN EN DIVORCIO DE LA SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, la solicitud formulada y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: MELYANA BEYCA CABRERA DE ACUÑA Y LUIS RAFAEL ACUÑA CASTELLANO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges entre sí, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-18.212.439 y V-18.964.762, respectivamente, domiciliados en esta ciudad de Mérida y civilmente hábiles, según matrimonio protocolizado por ante el Registro Civil Parroquia Milla, Municipio Libertador del Est.....
