Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185- del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y la Sentencia Nº 1070, de fecha Nueve de Diciembre del Dos Mil Dieciséis (09-12-2016), de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en concordancia con Sentencias de la misma Sala Nº 446 y 693 del 15 de Mayo del 2014 y 02 de Junio del 2015.
