DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil vigente en concordancia con la Sentencia Vinculante Nº 1070, proferida por el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en su Sala Constitucional, con ponencia del Magistrado JUAN JOSÉ MENDOZA JOVER, en fecha 09-12-2016, Expediente Nº 16-916, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: YUDICTH COROMOTO GONZÁLEZ y GUSTAVO ENRIQUE MALDONADO CARRERO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, con cédula de identidad Nros. V.- 14.131.762 y V.-14.806.922, en su orden, y civilmente hábiles, según Acta de Matrimonio expedida .....
