DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil vigente en concordancia con la Sentencia con Carácter Vinculante Nº 1070, dictada por el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en su Sala Constitucional, en fecha 09/12/2.016, la solicitud de Divorcio formulada y consecuencialmente Declara Disuelto el Vínculo Matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: GRENELLYS ROXANA VARELA RONDÓN y FERNANDO ENRIQUE TORO LÓPEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, Administradora la primera, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros.
