DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, El DIVORCIO POR SEPARACIÓN DE HECHOS, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos FANNY CONSUELO MARQUEZ MONTENEGRO y AQUILES JOSE ESCOBAR, venezolanos, mayores de edad, domiciliados en Mérida, Estado Mérida, cónyuges y civilmente hábiles, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V-3.523.005 y V-2.144.553 respectivamente, según matrimonio celebrado por ante el Registro Civil de la Parroquia Juan Rodríguez Suárez, municipio Libertador del estado Mérida, en fecha 10 de agosto de 1.973.
