Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este Tribunal ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA CONVERSION DE LA SEPARACION DE CUERPOS EN DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil Vigente y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: LIGIA MARINA BECERRA LIZARAZO y FELIX ALBERTO CABEZA DE LA CRUZ.SEGUNDO: No se dicta providencia sobre bienes por cuanto los Cónyuges LIGIA MARINA BECERRA LIZARAZO y FELIX ALBERTO CABEZA DE LA CRUZ, manifestaron no poseerlos.TERCERO: Por cuanto los cónyuges han manifestado que no procrearon hijos dentro del matrimonio.
