Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR EL DIVORCIO POR DESAFECTO MARITAL en aplicación directa del ARTICULO 185 del Código Civil; mediante Sentencia Nº 693 de fecha Dos (02) de Junio del Año 2015 de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, con ponencia de la Magistrada Carmen Zuleta de Merchán y la Sentencia Vinculante emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia N° 1070 del Nueve (09) de Diciembre del Año 2016, con ponencia del Magistrado Juan José Mendoza Jover ; y en consecuencia se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos: ORLANDO RAMÓN GONZALEZ y EJEIDA JOSEFINA ROJAS, venezolanos, mayores de e.....
