Este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA Y OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de divorcio por ruptura prolongada de la vida en común, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil, formulada por el ciudadano: NELSON ENRIQUE RAMIREZ CONTRERAS, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-12.799.861 hábil, ratificado por la ciudadana CARMEN ZORAIDA MOLINA MORA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 16.020.581.SEGUNDO: Se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos NELSON ENRIQUE RAMIREZ CONTRERAS Y CARMEN ZORAIDA MOLINA MORA, contraído en fecha 18 de diciembre de 2009 por ante el Registrado Civil de las P.....
