Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos FRANCISCO JAVIER VIVAS CALDERON y YACSI COROMOTO VIVAS SANTIAGO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros.
