Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO POR DESAFECTO MARITAL, según el ARTICULO 185 del Código civil en aplicación directa con Sentencia N° 1070 del Nueve (09) de Diciembre de 2016, con ponencia de la Magistrada CARMEN ZULETA DE MERCHAN; y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos: EMILY PAHOLA RICO CARRILLO y REINALDO ALBERTO MORA FUENMAYOR, venezolanos, mayores de edad, casados, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-23.302.503 y V-18.726.896, en su orden respectivamente, domiciliada la primera en el conjunto residencial Pueblo Viejo, casa número 09, Sector Mucumbu, Lagunillas, Municipio Sucre, titular de la cedu.....
