DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA; ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente en concordancia con la sentencia ( de carácter vinculante ) dictada por la Sala Constitucional en ponencia de la magistrada CARMEN ZULETA DE MERCHAN , de fecha 02 de Junio de 2.015, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos JOSE LUIS PRIETO IBARRA y MARIA CLEOTILDE COLMENARES DE PRIETO venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de la cédula de identidad Nos.
