´ CAPITULO IV DISPOSITIVA Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS JUSTO BRICEÑO, TULIO FEBRES CORDERO Y JULIO CESAR SALAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de Divorcio por Desafecto, presentada por el ciudadano: LUIS MANUEL ROMAN; y, en consecuencia queda disuelto el vínculo conyugal que habían contraído los ciudadanos: LUIS MANUEL ROMAN y ETINEY ENEIVA ARAQUE SOTO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V-10.914.809 y Nº V-14.310.102, respectivamente en fecha Catorce (14) de Diciembre del año Dos Mil Uno (2001), por ante la Prefectura de la Parroquia Yagua, Municipio Guacara del Estado Carabobo, hoy .....
