Por las consideraciones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA Y OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de divorcio por ruptura prolongada de la vida en común, conforme a los criterios establecidos en las sentencias Nros 446, 693 y 1710, dictadas por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, de fechas 15 de mayo de 2014, 02 de junio de 2015 y 18 de diciembre de 2015, formulada por la ciudadana BELKIS COROMOTO MONTIEL VALDIRIS, ratificado por el ciudadano HÉCTOR DAVID ORJUELA URDANETA.
