En consideración de los elementos de Autos y por cuanto no ha habido oposición de terceros, este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA Y OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DELESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, de conformidad con lo previsto en los Artículos 936 y 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, DECRETA las presentes actuaciones "TITULO SUFICIENTE Y BASTANTE PARA PERPETUA MEMORIA", y declara como UNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS de la causante ANA DOLORES MARIN SUAREZ a su hija YAJAIRA COROMOTO VARGAS MARIN, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V-11.215.373, quedando a salvo en todo caso los derechos a terceros.ASI SE DECIDE.
