En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con la sentencia N° 1070 dictada con carácter vinculante por la Sala Constitucional en fecha 9 de diciembre de 2016; en consecuencia disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos DREIDY CAROLINA MARQUEZ HERNÁNDEZ y GUSTAVO MOLINA CONTRERAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges entre sí, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° V-12.799.094 y N° V-12.219.736. PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE. DADO, FIRMADO Y SELLADO EN LA SALA DE DESPACHO DEL TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIA.....
