este Tribunal DEL MUNICIPIO ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano, la Solicitud de Divorcio formulada, y en consecuencia declara disuelto el vínculo Matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: ATILANO MARQUEZ RAMIREZ Y MARIA ESPERANZA RIVAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las Cedulas de Identidad Nº V-10.901.607 y V-12.800.159 respectivamente
