Este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA Y OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, la solicitud de divorcio por ruptura prolongada de la vida en común, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil, formulada por el ciudadano OROSMAN SEGUNDO ROJAS UZCATEGUI, venezolano, mayor de edad, casado, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-3.765.475 domiciliado en la ciudad de El Vigía Estado Mérida.
