Por las razones que anteceden este JUZGADO TERCERO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA SIN LUGAR la Demanda intentada por el Ciudadano: LEONEL AUGUSTO HERNANDEZ, a través de sus Apoderados judiciales Abogados KELVIS CAMPOS VERA y ANGLIE CAROLINA FINOL TORRES, en contra del Ciudadano JHONSON JOSE HERNANDEZ ARELLANO, a través de sus Apoderados Judiciales Abogados HEBERTO ROQUE RAMIREZ y BETTY RONDON por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES. De conformidad con el artículo 274 se condena en costas a la parte perdidosa. De conformidad con el artículo 251 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, por cuanto la presente decisión sale fuera del lapso se acuerda notificar a las partes haciéndole saber que una vez que conste en auto la última notificación comenzara a correr el lapso para interponer los recurso.....
